Living out our mission to be a caring church.

Get Involved.

At St. Timothy, our mission is to be a caring church: sharing Jesus Christ with the world by offering help, hope, and home. This is deeply rooted in the timeless wisdom and teachings of Scripture.

As we gather together as a community of believers, we are reminded of the words of Jesus in John 13:34-35, where he says, "A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples if you love one another."

It is with this profound understanding of Christ's love that we endeavor to be a beacon of compassion and care, mirroring the sacrificial love that Christ demonstrated for us. We believe that the essence of our faith lies not only in professing our beliefs but in living them out in tangible ways. Thus, our mission is to create a welcoming environment where every individual feels not only accepted but embraced, supported, and cherished. Together, we strive to fulfill the law of Christ by carrying each other's burdens, walking alongside one another in both times of joy and times of struggle, and embodying the love of Christ in all that we do. In Galatians 6:2, we are called to "Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way, you will fulfill the law of Christ."

As a community, we strive to embody this principle by creating a welcoming environment where every individual feels valued, supported, and loved. Whether you're new to our congregation or have been a member for years, there's a place for you to belong, grow, and thrive within our church family.

Serve...

In Matthew 25:40, Jesus reminds us, "Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me." Serving others is at the heart of our faith, and there are numerous opportunities for you to make a difference. Whether it's volunteering with one of our ministries, participating in outreach programs, or lending a helping hand to those in need, serving others is not just an act of kindness but a tangible expression of our commitment to Christ and to one another.
