Welcome to 'Joyful Service Sundays' at St. Timothy Lutheran Church, a monthly celebration of community and commitment to our shared mission. Every first Sunday of the month at 10:00 am, nestled between our 8:30 am and 11:00 am worship services, our vibrant church life comes alive through the collaboration of three dedicated committees: Growing/Life Together, Hospitality, and Management. 'Joyful Service Sundays' serve as a focal point for these committees to convene, deliberate, and contribute their unique perspectives to the growth and vitality of our church. Join us for a special hour of shared purpose and joy, as we come together to strengthen the fabric of our church community and fulfill our commitment to serving with joy and dedication.
Growing/Life Together Committee
The Growing/Life Together committee at St. Timothy Lutheran Church is the heartbeat of our spiritual community. Dedicated to cultivating a vibrant and enriching environment, this committee focuses on creating discipleship events, fostering discussions on worship, music, and Christian education, as well as nurturing our Sunday school programs. It is the driving force behind our collective journey of spiritual growth, ensuring that every member finds meaningful connections and opportunities for lifelong learning within our church family.
Hospitality Committee
Step into the warm embrace of our Hospitality committee, where a spirit of welcome and community thrives. Centered around hosting community events, such as potlucks and Sarah's tent, this committee is committed to creating spaces where fellowship flourishes. From community meals to outreach programs, the Hospitality committee extends the heart of St. Timothy beyond its walls, making everyone feel not just welcome but cherished. Mangagement Committee
The Management/Property committee at St. Timothy Lutheran Church is the backbone of our physical and fiscal stewardship. Tasked with the meticulous care of our church buildings, maintenance, and fiscal responsibilities, this committee ensures the smooth operation and sustainability of our community. From overseeing property management to managing financial matters, their diligent efforts provide the foundation for our vibrant church life.
